About Us
Immanuel Pathways is an approved PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization. We offer a complete health plan for eligible individuals which provides a more personal way of getting health care. We want to help you continue living in your own home and community for as long as possible.
The focal point of our program is the PACE Center which is located at 1702 North 16th Street in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Immanuel Pathways is sponsored by Immanuel, a faith-based organization with a 120-year legacy of providing Christ-centered services.Together with Catholic Health Initiatives, Immanuel is a co-sponsor of Alegent Health, the area’s largest health care provider. Immanuel also owns and operates seven independent and assisted living communities in Omaha, Papillion and Lincoln, Nebraska that also include an affordable housing option.
